THIS IS OUR STORY
Our founders hail from the beautiful state of Zacatecas, Mexico and, their passion for authentic Mexican flavors led them on a journey to bring the taste of their homeland to the people of North Carolina. The dream of owning a restaurant and serving their delicious dishes to the masses was always on the minds, but they soon realized that budget constraints and other challenges would make it difficult to achieve. But as fate would have it, they stumbled upon the idea of buying a food truck instead.
With the food truck, they could take their meals on the road and go wherever the hungry crowds were. They could showcase their culinary kills and introduce people to the amazing flavors of the Mexican cuisine, all while providing a unique dining experience. And thus, their foodtruck was born. They worked tirelessly to perfect their recipes, sourcing the freshest ingredients and staying true to traditional cooking methods. Their dedication to quality and authenticity earned them a reputation as one of the best Mexican food trucks in North Carolina.
